Dhaka International Trade Fair 2020

The 25th Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) 2020 began at the old setting of the Capital’s Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had inaugurated the trade fair which was organized jointly by the Commerce Ministry and Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), on the premises of Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC).

Around 450 stalls and pavilions, including premium pavilions, foreign pavilions and mini foreign pavilions had been constructed in the fair venue.

Traders from over 21 countries, including India, Bhutan, Pakistan, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Nepal, Japan, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong and Arab Emirates participated in the fair.

A special pavilion was constructed for presenting the life and works of Bangabandhu marking the celebration, the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Visitors were drawn to the numerous attractive discounts, special offers, introductory prices, gifts and lotteries of DITF.

Various food stalls offered delectable local and foreign food items to customers wishing to take a break from exploring the huge fair venue. This year, Akhtar Furnishers and Delta Furnishers exhibited quality furniture and mattresses from two premier pavilions. The premier pavilions showcased home furniture and office furniture alongside premium quality mattresses.
