Located on the 8th floor of Rupayan Trade Center in Banglamotor, the office interior for Ideal Electrical Enterprise Limited (IEEL) stands as a striking example of Shade Studio’s design excellence. Spanning approximately 10,000 square feet, this project showcases Shade Studio’s dedication to creating environments that not only meet operational needs but also elevate aesthetic preferences to new standards.
The office design reflects an open concept layout, strategically encouraging social interaction and knowledge sharing among employees. Despite challenges with natural light, the architects prioritized maximizing daylight exposure to enhance well-being and energy efficiency. The entrance sets a sophisticated tone, making a lasting impression on visitors. Throughout the office, a neutral and warm color palette promotes focus and invites collaboration.
Innovative cabinet designs not only add visual interest but also enhance functionality, complementing well-defined functional zones that optimize workflow.
Customized furniture selections ensure comfort and efficiency across departments, from boardrooms and conference rooms to lounges and essential facilities. This holistic approach not only meets the functional requirements of IEEL but also enhances the overall aesthetic and user experience.
The office includes distinct areas such as open workspaces for nine departments, individual cabins for department heads, three directors’ rooms, a boardroom, a 20-person conference room, four meeting rooms, waiting lounges, a dining space, a dry kitchen, a prayer room, and additional services. Each area is carefully designed to accommodate specific needs while maintaining a cohesive structural quality. The Project Engineer for this impressive endeavor is Eng. Md. Maruf, whose expertise contributed significantly to the successful realization of this space.
Shade Studio’s design philosophy emphasizes minimalism and smooth integration with nature, creating spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhance employee welfare through thoughtful layout and sustainable practices. Their careful attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction ensure that each project reflects quality execution and refined design principles.
For IEEL, Shade Studio’s approach goes beyond creating a functional office space; it aims to nurture a lively atmosphere that enhances productivity and employee morale. The design promotes a collaborative and efficient work environment by prioritizing natural light, optimizing layout designs, and integrating customized furniture solutions.
