It’s going through a rapid transformation phase at this moment; a lot of which are definitely on the positive end, ranging from common concept about architecture to the pattern of practice or implementation of design language.

It looks prominent considering the socio-economical development versus saturation point. But the ongoing transformation phase should be even more structured and controlled with the help of sustainable rules and regulations to be benefited the most in the long run.
