The material palette embraces natural durability, matte stone, engineered wood, breathable paints, and tactile plaster finishes ensure longevity and comfort in Dhaka’s humid climate. Locally sourced materials and artisan-crafted furniture bring authenticity and sustainability, while seamless detailing and concealed services maintain visual calm.
