
A solo visual art exhibition titled In Nature by renowned artist Mirza Tanbira Neepa was held at Safiuddin Shilpalay in Dhaka’s Dhanmondi area from 6th-14th January. The exhibition featured a collection of Neepa’s artworks that explore the depths of her emotions and experiences. Through vibrant colors, dynamic lines, and bold forms, Neepa’s pieces convey her personal journey and connection to nature.

Her work captures the inner struggle and longing for peace, offering a window into her emotional world.


The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by notable artists like Dhali AL Mamoon, Dilara Begum Jolly, and Mustafa Zaman. Neepa, who has dedicated over 26 years to teaching and nurturing creativity at Dhaka Residential Model College, brings her profound understanding of art to this exhibition. Alongside her role as an educator, she has held several exhibitions, including the Agatonama at Gallery Kalakendra in 2022 and 2023, the Foung Art Exhibition at Signals Seat in 2008, and the Sara Exhibition featuring traditional terracotta work at Gallery 21 in 1997. Her artwork reflects a blend of personal struggle, inspiration from nature, and a search for connection.



The event offered visitors a chance to witness Neepa’s artistic process and the powerful emotions behind her creations, celebrating her passion and journey as an artist. Through her work, she continues to inspire others and share her emotional journey with the world.
