On the fifth floor of Hosna Tower in Gulshan, Dhaka, Persona Hair and Beauty opens its doors with a clear purpose. This is a space designed for comfort, calm, and individuality. Covering 4,450 square feet, the salon combines thoughtful design with careful attention to how people move and feel in the space. Commissioned by Shaon Tanvir and created by 4walls Inside Outside, with lead architect Ahmed Imtiaz Khan and project architects Shohana Akhter and Kazi Tahziba Tamzid, Persona presents a new approach to how a salon can feel. The main idea of the design is simple: the curve. Curved lines move through every part of the interior, from the counters to the walls, softening the space and guiding circulation naturally. The curve reflects nature, flow, and the feminine form. It represents continuity, care, and beauty that is effortless. They say,
“Be proud, be you in your own salon.”
Every curve, every shape, follows this principle. The space is designed for the people who will use it, not just to look beautiful, but to feel comfortable and confident.
Light and color shape the mood of the salon. White is used to reflect clarity and brightness. Teal adds calmness and balance. Lavender brings a quiet sense of nostalgia. Pink gives warmth and softness. Red appears only in small, intentional ways, adding energy and personality without overwhelming the space. Colors are chosen to create a sense of calm and focus while also highlighting the individuality of every client.
